For security reasons we don't keep card details on record.
Once a payment has been processed, our secure server GlobeCharge automatically removes the security code, several digits from the card number are replaced by ***** and we do not longer have access to the original data.
If you need to make additional payments to an order already processed (i.e. you ordered short sleeves but now decided to go for long sleeves and need to pay the difference) we will need you to submit your card details again so that we are able to charge you for the additional cost.
That also applies to refunds. If you require a partial or full refund or simply the postal costs of returning an item, you will need to submit your card details again for us to be able to reimburse any credit due.
